Art is many things and means many different things to different people. Sometimes a picture really does say a thousand words, sometimes it says nothing and that is ok too. Often times there is a message in the work and sometimes we fail to see or heed that message.
Occasionally we run across someone who touches us deeply with their work. My pick for artist of the week this week is a man who I admire for his skills with a camera, and his ability to manipulate some of those images as well as his powerful and emotional words.
